When I spoke with Patrick Jackson for the first time I felt I might be getting the scoop on the biggest story in the history of humanity.
"All the evidence is there, I think some people just can't process it," the Cambridge born computer scientist said in June 2023.
I had seen a bunch of UFOs throughout my life, it's not a big deal, many people have. But one incident stood out. Above a radio tower in Whitehall in Dublin one evening, I saw three balls of light making formations in the sky before zipping away in different directions.
When I met Dr Eamonn Ansbro, the man who first told the Irish public that UAP were real, he said the planet was under surveillance. I figured he was probably right. But even he said Patrick had discovered "something unique".
Patrick's theory, I don't know if we can even call it a theory at this stage, explains what these balls of light are i.e a sphere network which defends the planet from external forces.
Created by God only knows who. I had seen these UAP with my own eyes so knew it was real and always searched for an explanation. I have to say, it was some buzz to meet a guy who knew exactly what I was talking about and had written a book on it - Quantum Paranormal.
There is so much video footage and photographic evidence available now to back up Patrick's theory, that it is up to each individual if they want to go and find out for themselves.
Apart from my articles on this in the Sunday World, it is unlikely the mainstream media will cover this until after we get the 'we are not alone' speech from a US President.
Here is the first of three articles I did on Patrick's work.
I caught up with him again this week, to get his take on the current mass UFO sightings. What's crazy is that the last time we spoke, in September 2024, he had predicted exactly what is occurring now.
I began by asking him how he knew the planet was going to see a massive uptick in UAP observations: was it down to my articles?? LOL - that's a joke.
"Because we are pumping out lots of signatures including ICBMs - (intercontinental ballistic missiles)," he replied.
Patrick reckons extraterrestrial interest in earth may have peaked again due to the Russia-Ukraine war.
"You know how vultures come when the animal is about to die, same thing.. they all want to extract DNA before we nuke the planet.
"Hence why 200 cattle went missing overnight in the snow."
This is indeed true, article link here.
"This is unfolding every day all around us," Patrick continued. "Disclosure has happened, it is up to us to process it now."
Patrick's work is spreading like wild fire with thousands of people posting images of the formations seen in his book.
"Funnily enough, all the top ufo people on x know about these formations I keep talking about - but they mostly ignore me.
"It's like they don't want the mystery box to end. But the drones wont go away."
The Irishman summed up his explanation for the variety of UAP being observed.
"There are currently three types of objects observed in the skies over the United States: Orbs: These are the spheres I have been discussing for over two years. They exhibit unique flight characteristics and appear to operate indefinitely without the need for refuelling or recharging.
"Man-Made Drones: These are U.S.-manufactured drones deployed to monitor the Orbs/Spheres. These drones have a long-duration flight capability, operating for several hours at a time.
"And external UAPs: These are unidentified aerial phenomena that the Orbs/Spheres seem to be intercepting or interacting with.
"The Orbs display what appears to be indefinite flight time, suggesting an advanced or unknown power source far beyond current human technology. By contrast, U.S. drones, which are known to have multi-hour flight durations, would logically rely on hydrogen fuel cell technology. This technology is the most logical explanation for their performance, as it provides high energy density and quick refuelling capabilities.
"Hydrogen fuel cells require: Regular landings for refuelling. A large supply of pressurised hydrogen stored in tanks, which would likely be located at secure facilities within U.S. borders. On the Question of Foreign Drones ; The theory that these drones could belong to China would necessitate the use of nuclear battery technology, given their hypothetical need for prolonged, continuous flight durations.
"However, current "Nuclear Battery" / "Small Nuclear Reactor" (SMR) technology does not support this: Betavolt BV100: The latest in nuclear battery advancements, this device produces about 100 microwatts of power, with a planned 1-watt version expected by 2025. This is far too limited to power a large drone continuously.
"Small Modular Reactors (SMRs): Linglong One (ACP100):Size: Approximately 60,000 cubic meters for the total plant volume. The reactor vessel measures about 3 meters in diameter and 10 meters in height. The weight is around 1,000 metric tons for the reactor module. HTR-PM (High-Temperature Gas-Cooled Reactor-Pebble-bed Module):Size of reactor module measures about 5 meters in diameter and 10 meters in height.
"The containment structure, housing two reactor modules, is even larger due to auxiliary systems and turbine units. Each reactor module weighs approximately 400 metric tons, excluding the steam generator and associated equipment. These specifications make SMRs entirely unsuitable for drone platforms due to their massive size and weight.
"The logistics and engineering challenges alone render such a hypothesis implausible. The conclusion is that the Orbs/Spheres are NHI (non human intelligence), with no current human technology capable of replicating their indefinite flight capabilities.
"U.S. drones are relying on hydrogen fuel cells for long-duration missions, While current nuclear battery technology and SMRs are not feasible for use in drone platforms. Claims that these could be foreign drones, such as those from China, do not align with the limitations of present-day nuclear technology.
"This aligns with my hypothesis that the Spheres function as a global defence network. They demonstrate immunity to current anti-drone technology and operate freely, seemingly beyond the control or influence of any government," Patrick said.
I recently won Scoop of the Year at the Irish Journalism Awards but some people tell me nailing Patrick down might just be scoop of the century. I'm 100pc confident anyway.
