Irish astronomer Dr Eamonn Ansbro's latest UAP results show 'possible techno signatures around earth with an orbital period of 67 minutes'.

Dr Ansbro and his colleague Eirik Ro's new paper will be published at the American Geophysical Union Conference from the 9 to 13 December in Washington DC.

"We have provided in the analysis supporting data that indicates that the UAP are technosignatures around the Earth which may suggest that these technosignatures are monitoring the Earth in an organised method," Dr Ansbro told Side Stream News.

The Roscommon scientist is well know for discussing UAP on The Late Late Show in Ireland nearly 30 years ago- much to the laughter of the audience. The US Government has since held two public hearings into the matter with high level military testimonies and legislation has been created for 2025 which references non-human intelligence 22 times.

Dr Ansbro and Eirik Ro have been looking for unusual technosignatures around the Earth using databases dating back to the 1940s.

"We have evaluated databases that provide radar, thermal and visual data where we have performance and reliability in unusual phenomena," he said.

"We have disregarded all natural and conventional known data that doesn’t fit any conventional categories, leaving a phenomena categorized as Unidentified Aerial Phenomena or UAP.

"What we have found is extremely interesting; that indicates UAP negates any known natural state of matter that is the cause, but indicates possible technosignatures around the Earth."

Technosignatures are defined as any measurable property or effect that provides scientific evidence of past or present technology.

"This research has prompted us to explore a possible monitoring hypothesis around the Earth.  However, in order for the hypothesis to be viable we set up a number of elements to support this proposition."

The transient nature of UAP has been a problem for scientists to be able to carry out useful astrophysical research.

"The transient nature of UAP events, and unpredictability, is likely one of the main reasons why UAP were never taken seriously," said Dr Ansbro.

"It’s a global phenomenon that requires identifying a pattern by systematically collecting reliable data from verified databases on observations from locations with timings.   Tools have been used to observe UAP maneuvers from radar, thermal, and visual.

"A python code was developed to find patterns in UAP data that could suggest repetitive behaviours, clustering tendencies, or periodic movement, drawing potential parallels to pseudo-orbital mechanics in a simplified form.

"Extrapolating reliable observations from the NUFORC (National UFO Reporting Centre -80,000 cases) and HATCH (UFO mapping programme -30,000 cases)  databases shows that the UAP have an orbital period and a pseudo orbital inclination.

"We are suggesting that UAP are techno signatures having orbital periods with  rotational period  around the Earth of an average of 65 minutes with a standard deviation of 38 minutes.(NUFORC). Similar results show an orbital period around the Earth of an average 67 minutes with a standard deviation of 42 minutes.(HATCH)," he said.

Ansbro and Ro's research specifies angle ranges for which they suspect UAP orbital tracks may be operating on.

"We found that the NUFORC database inclinations are between 0 and 25 degrees but are not known to be either prograde or retrograde on orbital tracks when applying inclination angle with spatial  distribution and spatial+temporal data. Similarly, the HATCH database inclinations are between 0 and 18 degrees.

"We found that the average orbital period around the Earth to be  66 minutes with a suggested inclinations between 0 and 18 degrees.

"We have provided in the analysis supporting data that indicates that the UAP are technosignatures around the Earth which may suggest that these technosignatures are monitoring the Earth in an organised method.  However, further research is required to resolve the inclinations issue that is relevant to support such a hypothesis."

The Connacht based astronomer recently took the research to Scandinavia where he was warmly received. He references the extreme movements these UFOs have been recorded making by military radar.

"Vertical descents and ascents are observed from high altitudes with recorded data of hypersonic velocities from selected validated case studies. In addition, most of the data is based on low altitude to ground level activity showing common characteristics of this technosignature behaviour," he added.

"Delivery indications of possible techno signature type ‘probe(s)’  can be a duration of 1 to 10 minutes surveying environment based on a minimum duration of 10-minute filming and radar recordings.

"On the same orbital track or on another orbital track another techno signature type ‘craft’ at high altitude  retrieves ‘probes'.

"Based on NUFORC and HATCH databases of events the phenomena negates any known natural state of matter that is the cause. The data has been used to explore if there is a pattern to these events.

"A possible cause for these events can be demonstrated using a hypothetical model to the possible connection between UAP and technosignatures around the Earth.

"This is so current now.  The trigger point of awareness of the UAP issue with the public is now.

"I have a paper being published soon which deals with new communications / technology   for communications with UAP/ NHI.

"Also I will have a book chapter in 2025 for the post contact communications protocols with UAP.

We were in Hessdelen, Norway (Arctic Circle)  in September for a conference and field trip.

"We recorded a UFO.  Appeared to be a craft rotating and scanning the surrounding area.  I gave a presentation on the last day there which introduced 2nd generation UAP.  It was received with a standing ovation.  All filmed," Dr Ansbro concluded.
