"108 babies left to die. Is this who the Irish people have become?"

AJ Cahill of The Irish People
Niall Feiritear
Whilst working as a crime journalist in Ireland, something strange happened to me. I was asked to write an article about Tommy Robinson having an Irish passport.
I knew very little about Mr Robinson, had never met him, so made sure I wrote the piece very neutral, calling him a 'political activist.'
The next morning, I woke up and an article had been plastered across the news using my name and calling Tommy Robinson 'far right' about ten times.
I was horrified, ashen faced, sick to my stomach. An editor had changed my article and put the words 'far right' in my mouth. I knew at that very moment, there was something deeply wrong in Ireland.
How could they do that? Supersede a journalist to suit a pre-decided agenda?
Around the same time, a group of men had dressed up as women for a 'drag queen story for children' event in a library in Cork.
Even writing those words now seems bizarre. A man called Ross Lahive (and others) of The Irish People party arrived to disrupt the "event", deeming it inappropriate to children.
I remember thinking:"Fair play to those guys, why do children need to be shown men dressed as women and read stories in drag?" It made no sense.
Again, the news was plastered with articles about the 'far right' members of the Irish People being a very dangerous problem. Other things happened, but I knew the reasons I got into journalism were not present.
(Let's be clear: people forcing children to sit through 'adult fetishes' -and their supporters- are the extremists in society)
So Sidestream News was born and one of the first people I interviewed was AJ Cahill of the big bad alleged far right, who the media were so concerned about: link to article here.
I wanted to get to the truth.
As you will see from the piece, I found a hugely intelligent man, reasonable and concerned, who had put everything on the line for Ireland. Left wing his whole life.
I sat down to talk with AJ again this week in advance of the forthcoming election in Galway, where he will represent The Irish People, in the hope of being elected to Dáil Éireann.
Here is what he had to say, on the current state of the nation:

Dáil Éireann
"We need to move the needle here in Ireland whilst we still can, whilst there's still a window," AJ began.
"Irish Nationalism has been locked out of the media and branded as far right. This is a cold shower because time is short.
"There's real anger out there, this is not right what is going on in this country. You look at the jab: was that safe and effective?
"People don't feel the same, and now people don't feel safe in their own country.
"We need to acknowledge the pain and worry caused, those in denial will be outraged," he said.
The HSE recently disclosed 108 babies were born alive following abortions between 2019-2023. These babies were left to die alone in agony without any pain medication.
The current Irish Government voted against the provision of pain medication in these instances. Read that last statement again, please.
"Look at the abortion situation with 108 dead babies left to die. Is this what we have become? Is this who the Irish People are?" AJ said.
"We passed that law. Roughly 10,000 killed in a year. 108 left to die (in sluice rooms). It would never have passed had people known !
"Is this who we are now? This is about morals. Have we forgotten about God? None of this is happening organically."

Salthill, Galway, where AJ lives
The Irish People have launched posters recently articulating how the kindness of Irish women has been weaponised against them.
"The NGOs are run mostly by women. Government haven't gotten the message: woke is dead," said AJ.
"They have hacked women. Academia, medicine, justice, inclusion, empathy, compassion, policies reflect all this. Logic is all gone, a suicidal breakdown in society.
"They used women's empathy and compassion against them, gave them power. Pushed all the men out, leaving weak and cowardly men.
"Ireland desperately needs strong Irish men to come forward.
"What has happened in Ireland is horrific, the breakdown of our high trust society.
"It is all so unfair. Our views were/ are not allowed access by the media to represent people. So people could look at a guy on RTE and go "that's exactly how I feel."
"There is potentially electoral interference in the EU, will we be allowed vote our way out of this?"
AJ described the backlash he has received for stating his opinions about Ireland.
"They want to shut down everything. I have been de-banked. Cancelled. I have given everything for this. We will continue to produce content, we will continue to protest and fight our replacement.
"We will protest the council in Galway over the housing lists. Who is getting the houses? There is a racist policy against the native Irish. They have been housing non-Irish over us. The game is up.
"We want a breakdown of all housing lists over the last 10 years.
"You know, women have been used, and women don't like being used. The penny has dropped, right across this country," he said.
On the recent protests:
"You look at the IFA, their job is to shut down protests. Take the wind out of it, that's their job.
"Did you know it is illegal to advertise turf in Ireland? Turf is a criminal offence.
"The guys protesting are the toughest men in the country. The Government has come up against Old Ireland at last. They will not get by these men in the end.
"The IFA don't represent these men. Everything is on the line. But RTE is dividing everybody and people are rightly pissed off.
"The powers that be are now losing the information and media war but they don't care.
"This is all just a warm up. You remember what happened in Romania? We could have a crisis on our hands. People will turn. It could get difficult.
"The problems here are green taxes, immigration, which has dismantled the fabric of our country."
AJ spoke passionately about the future of Ireland.
"All of this has happened because we were too tolerant and we forgot about God. 108 dead babies. On course to be a minority in our own land.
"I have done all this, I have fought as a private person. Lost everything as a result. I put it all on the line. You cannot suppress the truth any longer.
"Our country isn't going to exist because we were so nice. Believe me, the time has truly come for the Irish People to well and truly say fuck off to pure evil."
