"My name is Jana Lunden, founder of the National Woman's Council, speaking in a personal capacity.
"Many of you have seen the atrocity that happened in Ireland, the attack on our democracy and free speech to a level that I never thought I would see in Western society.
"What happened in Ireland this week is 'north of North Korea' stuff.
"@Global Government affairs account posted on Twitter that on 14 Feb , X informed 10 users it had successfully opposed court orders granting Government access to their data, using section 63 Criminal Justice act.
"In some cases X went to court to ensure it was not unlawfully forced to disclose user data. X remains committed to protecting its users privacy and freedom of speech and expression from Government over-reach.
"This was a clear case of Government over-reach. On Valentine's day, I got a little love sent to my inbox, it looked like this.

Ms Lunden with court order
"The Garda name was blacked out, the judge was blacked out, to protect their identity of course. A Garda went to the court to get a court order, to send to Twitter, to get access to my data and my information, which is a breach of GDPR.
"The way they went about it with the Criminal Justice Act 1994 section 633, which is drug trafficking, so the Garda stated there was suspicion 10 of us were drug trafficking.
"That is false and defamatory. I'm not sure who the Garda (and Judge) is because they have blacked their name out, but I will be trying to find out.
"This incorrect statement was said to the court, a Garda lied to a Judge to get an order to access my data. Really? Luckily Twitter denied this because it is serious over reach.
"JD Vance spoke about free speech being a founding principle of democracy. Ireland has already passed the Hate Crime law. They have been trying to push Hate Speech law.
"Part of the process will be the self censorship, they want to have a chilling affect on people like me, and the other 9, who got this into our email.
"They want to silence us and censor us. Why? Because we have exposed the truth. Many of us have been out there the past few years exposing deep corruption happening in Ireland, the attack on women, the attack on children, the attack on families.
"Whether it is recklessly opening up borders for unvetted, undocumented men to come over, we saw all the stabbings.
"But the Government will gaslight the people and say there is no link between open borders and crime, it doesn't matter that we don't know the identities of 85pc of these men who are landing, they don't have passports, we just trust who they say they are.
'One last week who died in a stabbing escaped Italy on a rape charge. We have exposed things like that and used critical thinking, to say this doesn't look right.
"But the Irish establishment doesn't like critical thinking, they don't like when mothers like myself grow grassroots organisations that are making a huge difference, and influencing public opinion on things like the radical sex education happening in schools, the indoctrination of our innocent children, the highly sexual materials found in libraries, dirty sex manuals aimed at fetishising children, that's who the Irish State are trying to protect.
"They are trying to protect people who are attacking the children, women and families and our culture and borders.
"By attacking people like us exposing the truth. I'm going to seek legal advice, this is defamation, someone told the judge this was drug trafficking.
"A court oder based on false information to a judge. What was the purpose? To intimidate, threaten and bully me?
"That wont work, I wont be silenced, I'm a mother who loves my children and will protect them at all costs from these woke ideologies.
"Protect my children from people who think that childhood innocence is a barrier and that children are born as sexual beings. People who think that men should use my toilets just because he is wearing a dress.
"And says he is a woman. People who believe men should compete against women in sports. I'm not going to sit silent and watch that destruction happen to my children's future.
"This is not the end, this is the beginning. I have contacted the US embassy and the White House, as an American.
"Wouldn't it be great if they saw these documents and ask why the Irish state is bullying, harassing and defaming people in Ireland to silence us. That is stepping away from the founding principals of democracy. This is north of North Korea and not anything we should accept.
"If anyone knows a barrister or lawyer who wants to take the case on a no win, no fee basis, I am game, I want to take this as far as I can, it's going to well for the people put under threat by the corrupt Irish establishment."
