Brewing Revolution: "Knocking on doors in Dublin, the response is astounding," says Nationalist leader Yan Mac Oireachtaigh

National Party Deputy Leader Yan Mac Oireachtaigh

I had the pleasure of chatting with the passionate young men of the National Party earlier this month in Dublin.
It was refreshing to meet Irish lads engaged with the future of our country, not the usual laissez-faire garbage you get from so many nowadays.
These are people who have chosen a harder path; one of love for their country in the face of slander from a wide variety of traitors across politics and media.
“Nothing can be more readily disproved than the old saw, ‘You can’t keep a good man down.’ Most human societies have been beautifully organized to keep good men down.” — John W. Gardner

I asked Yan Mac Oireachtaigh about the absolute state of the place, after decades of mis-management by FFG.
"As it stands, things do look fairly dire," Yan said.
"A few years ago there was an article in the Irish Times which stated that we were going to be a minority by 2050.
"I think that is false. Because that is not taking into account all the foreign nationals who have been recently issued Irish citizenship.
"You can see, since Minister Alan Shatter opened up the citizenship ceremonies back in the day , they are now handing them out like confetti.
"Regular ceremonies. That is very dire. Economically, I mean generally; people are just being squeezed out of everything.
"Things that were previously affordable have gone out the window. It could be housing or anything, a lot of that is due to mass immigration.
"Mass immigration is purely economic and it serves only the elite class. The tip top. That is who it is for. And for the left- a new voting block.
"So that is why this is happening. And it is such a shame that it is happening at the expense of the Irish people," he said.
So what does the National Party's Deputy Leader think about the future of our nation?
"I am confident we can turn it around."
"I will be putting forward- after my appointment as Deputy Leader of the National Party- a new strategic programme that will be launched next year. That will be focused on local gain and how we can make a change at a local level.
"We need people in the Dail who have previously exercised soft power at a local level, in order to exercise hard power at a Dail level.
"We need to succeed locally, then we will re-evaluate the strategy and push on from there."

I spoke with Yan about the party's 11 principles, which most Irish people agree with, if they actually read them:
That the territory of Ireland consists of the whole island and its seas
Support the restoration of the Irish language
Ending mass immigration into the country and beginning remigration to ensure the native Irish do not become a minority on our own island
Protecting mothers and unborn children
Adversarial approach to the EU
Nation above State
Restore the Irish currency
A Constitutional, free Republic
Stronger sentences for serious crimes
Indigenous enterprise, home ownership and entrepreneurial support, with opposition to globalism/communism
Empower local Government
I asked Yan about the brainwashing of the public with phrases such as "far right". Were the men of 1916 and 1922 far right?
Yan's response was nuanced and interesting:
"The average person is so disillusioned with politics, that many almost just ignore it, and don't want to be involved,' he said.
"This is the wrong way. We need to counter that by knocking on doors. The response at the doors recently has been amazing.
"We met people there in Tallaght saying they didn't even know we existed. Many Irish people who weren't even registered to vote. We have been handing out registration forms and asking people to post them into their local authority and we will get going.
"The response on the doors is astounding," Yan added.
